I am a native of Roswell, Georgia and grew up riding horses on the farms of Alpharetta. After college, while working as a graphic artist for a Danish prepress house, I kept up with my riding and rode endurance on my Arabian horse, Maz, ran marathons and a few ultramarathons. Once my son was born, I became a substitute teacher and coached cross country, and all the while, my husband and I continued to grow our building business and began investing in real estate.
With more than 20 years of real estate experience as an investor and builder, I bring a different perspective to real estate. I understand how intimidating new construction can be and can help home buyers navigate the building process. My years of prospecting and finding undervalued properties for building or remodeling have helped me become an exceptional buyer’s agent for investors, home builders and developers, as well as home buyers. Additionally, my lifelong affair with everything equestrian-related has afforded me a specialty in finding the perfect horse property for my fellow equestrians.
Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that I strive for in all aspects of life. My strengths as an agent include my non-adversarial negotiating skills, my caring and compassionate nature and my knowledge of the local real estate market.
